This course provides personnel skills, for example, understanding self- personality, thinking, emotion and behaviour. Besides that, this course aims to develop interpersonal skills and increase empathy skills. This course focuses on individual personality at the workplace and the topics covered include theories in personality paradigm, individual behaviour, motifs, environment, genetic factors in the development of individual personality, individual differences and personality disorder. Personality theories will be discussed and students will have hands-on experience in developing and evaluating individual differences in an organisation. Personality tests and their impact on the organisational development will be discussed. At the end of the course, students should be able to know the concepts of personality psychology at the workplace and are able to conduct personality tests in an organisation. Students will eventually be skillful to manage individual differences through personality tests at the workplace.
