Greetings all postgraduate students (who have not yet recorded their thumb print)

Please be informed that another session of thumb print recording will be conducted as follows:

Date: 29 JUNE 2015

Venue: Viva Room 1

Time: 10.00 am to 1.00 pm

Please bring your matric card for verification purpose. We have already activated the thumb print system for access to the faculty's building after the working hours. Thank you.

Dear Master by Mix mode (Dissertation only) students,

Attached herein are names of students who have not submitted their progress report as at 10 am 20/5/2015. We urge you to do so a.s.a.p as you have 1 more days left only.  Please be reminded that SPS will not extend the time as they have allocated 3 weeks for progress report submission this semester and not 2 weeks as always. Your prompt action is vital in this matter. to avoid getting TM for not submitting the progress report. Thank you

CLINIC ON PROGRESS REPORT

Dear student,

Please be informed that the Information Technology and Communication Department of Graduate School will be organizing a clinic on “Preparing the Progress Report” at the SPS labs respectively. This clinic will be organized tomorrow, the 14th May 2015 from 9 am to 12 noon and it is FREE. All students are encouraged to attend this clinic, especially those who faces difficulties in preparing their Progress Report (e.g. in filling the template or network problems etc). However the clinic is compulsory for all new students (first year students). They are required to fill in the Progress Report at the clinic.
