 Program Objectives:

  1. To produce graduates who are able to apply their knowledge, skills, and abilities in planning, analyzing, managing, and developing human resource.

This 3-year program is designed to produce competent graduates in the area of human resource development especially in meeting the needs of the industry.


Program Objectives:

  1. To produce graduates who are able to apply their knowledge, skills, and abilities in planning, analysing, managing and developing human resource.
  2. To produce graduates who are competent as researchers, organisation change agents, training need analysts, programme designers, managers, instructors, and administrators.
